I could barely cook without roaches swarming my prep space. It took two months to effectively address the problem on my own. I also had issues with my mailbox key working and issues with prompt responses to maintenance issues. My garbage disposal stopped working and it took 3 weeks for a maintenance person to fix it and when he did he left an unhelpful note about how to resolve future issues.
